Shri Muthu Meenakshi Amman Temple at VPMM has always been a centre of spiritual activities. The temple was built and consecrated in the year 1992. The presiding deity in the temple is favorite-to-all deity, Meenakshi, known here as Shri Muthu Meenakshi Amman. Religiously inclined students find her presence, a soothing balm to the ever present tension in the hectic schedule of all the students.

During auspicious days like New year, Tamil New year, Vinayagar sathurthi also special poojas are done to the deities. During Navaratri, the traditional Golu is setup in the temple premises for all to see and worship. Pavaai vizha to the Goddess Andal will be celebrated for 3 days every year in the month of Markazhi. During these days various kinds of actitivites such as religious speech, Naatiyanjali will be conducted. Thirupaavai, Thiruvempavaai and devotional songs rendering by Musician groups also form part of pavaai vizha celebrations.
